Survey 25 March 2025 Quote: `In conclusion ‘Patron’ was found to be a fair example of her type which was generally considered to be structurally sound……………..she should continue to provide her owners with many years of happy and safe cruising’.
Further survey remarks include:
‘No evidence of significant osmosis, blistering or wicking’.
‘During the testing of the hull, no signs of large site delamination found’.
Superstructure to hull joint found in sound condition’.
Keel bolts good.
‘Mast supports good, compression post sound’.
‘Good order propeller… secure P bracket… rope cutter serviceable… rudder shore fitting good’
‘All deck fittings in serviceable condition’.
‘No leakage of windows or hatches’.
